Meet Our School Leaders
Arielle Nabatkhorian, Director
Ms. Arielle is originally from New York, and moved to New Orleans in 2009. She has prior experiencing working with preschool aged children and managing childcare facilities. She is dedicated to improving the early childhood education industry in the Greater New Orleans area. Ms. Arielle earned her B.S.M from Tulane University, earned her Child Development Associate from Ashworth College, and received her Masters of Business Administration at Louisiana State University- Shreveport. Ms. Arielle is actively involved in Jefferson Parish’s ACT 3 Program, is a Toddler and Preschool CLASS Observer, TS Gold Reliable, a Level 3 Pathways Trainer. and a Ms. Arielle coaches our teachers on developmentally appropriate practices and oversees all business functions and center operations.
Noel Adams, Assistant Director
Ms. Noel has been in the early childhood industry for six years. She has taught at many centers in the New Orleans area and was formerly a Pre-K 4 teacher at Children’s Carousel. Ms. Noel now works as our assistant director and utilizes her teaching experience to coach our teachers. Ms. Noel earned her A.A. in Early Childhood Education from Delgado Community College, was awarded an MTP CLASS Certification, TS Gold Interater Reliability, and is a Preschool CLASS Observer.
Nathalia Bustamante, Administrator
Mrs. Nathalia, who was born and raised in Colombia, has a 5 year old daughter who is a Children’s Carousel graduate. Ms. Nathalia has experience teaching infants, toddlers and preschool aged students at various early childhood development centers in Louisiana. Mrs. Nathalia formerly taught Pre-K 3 at Children’s Carousel and now focuses on office management and coaching teachers to improve our students’ education. Mrs. Nathalia has a Bilingual CDA, an MTP CLASS Certification, TS GOLD Interrater Reliability and is currently studying Human Resources Management at Liberty University.
Burton Aymond Jr., Owner
All our lead teachers are certified or currently pursuing a CDA, an associates, or bachelors degree. Our teachers are also required to obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications, and attend workshops which promote continuing education.
